Dr. Gina Coccimiglio is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner licensed in Nevada, California, and Utah, specializing in Adult Primary Care. With over 25 years of dedicated practice, Gina emphasizes preventive care, expertly diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and managing chronic conditions. She serves as the primary point of contact for all healthcare needs, embodying an idealized vision of compassionate healthcare.

Gina's approach centers around the holistic eight dimensions of well-being, treating her patients with the utmost care and respect as if they were family. She champions a personalized, one-on-one method to primary care, collaborating closely with each patient to achieve their unique health and wellness goals.

Mandi Merrill, M.Ed.Psych, Resilient Expert

Mandi Merrill is a dedicated coach at Refine Direct Primary Care, driven by her passion for fostering resilience and healthy relationships. After noticing a lack of relationship resources while working with youth in Las Vegas, she spent years researching resilience at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, earning her Master's in Educational Psychology. Mandi developed a model to help individuals re-wire their resilience, focusing on how to express oneself effectively during challenging situations. Through her work at Resilient Source, she offers coaching, mentoring, and advocacy to help people navigate difficult times.
