Do you accept insurance?
No. Refine DPC uses a straightforward monthly membership instead of billing insurance. You can still use insurance for specialists, hospital care, prescriptions, and services outside your membership.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month with a two-month minimum. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
